 2. Content Aggregation & Preservation: This archive will permanently aggregate the OC creator's core settings, along with all high-quality works and derivative settings generated through community co-creation initiatives.

 3. The Nexus of Co-creation & Authority: The content within this archive serves as the official reference standard for the OC’s setting, establishing an authoritative, clear starting point for future IP Challenges, AI Character creation, and all forms of derivative work.
