Mystia Lorelei (Normal outfit) (Touhou Project) [Pony]

Creates Mystia Lorelei, in her normal outfit, though her dress is not 100% consistent. This was made for a Bounty, I took extra care with her hat and the small wings on it as that had been a problem on a previous model, see the tags below.

Works well with weight 0.8, go lower if necessary.
