🌊River Swirl is a mare, unicorn pony, the chancellor of the country of the River Republic from the modification for the game HO4, Equestria at War⚔️

🏛️Chancellor River Swirl🌿 comes from Rijekograd, the capital of the River Republic. When she was young, she studied at one of the greatest schools in all of 🎓Equestria - Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns🌟. It was there that she acquired knowledge and magical skills. After returning home, instead of continuing her career as a teacher, she decided to enter the world of politics to help her country even more.

Inspired by the ideas of harmony and development, River Swirl quickly became involved in political life, joining the Rijeka Harmony Party. Her leadership skills, charisma and vision of the future made her quickly advance in the party hierarchy. Thanks to her determination and skills, in 1001 she was elected Chancellor of the Riverine Republic🌊
