Marisa has a lot of similar outfits throughout the series. This Lora tends to produce her design from Hisoutensoku - with a white hat ribbon, a single braid with a white ribbon, a large white waist ribbon, and 4 or 6 buttons on her vest.

Pony already does a decent job of producing Marisa without a Lora, but this Lora improves her hair braid and buttons. If you don't care about her hair braid or her buttons, you probably don't need this Lora.
