Melissa Benoist

Melissa Marie Benoist (born October 4, 1988) is an American actress, singer and producer. Her first major role was Marley Rose on the Fox musical comedy drama Glee (2012–2014), in which she was a series regular during the fifth season. She rose to widespread prominence for portraying the title character on the CBS / CW superhero series Supergirl (2015–2021), along with related media in the Arrowverse franchise.

Sample Image Philosophy and instructions

• I do not use adetailer or a refiner for the sample images posted above. (I do think adetailer is amazing and probably should be used for most artwork. I don't use it here just to showcase what the base file can do, but would absolutely use it if I was making art with my files)

• This file heavily favors photorealistic style. It is possible to prompt for more varied artistic styles(see sample images), but know that you may need to increase the weight of the style portion of the prompt to get better results

• I prefer DPM++2M SDE karras or DPM++2s A for these files. I think they produce better photorealistic results

• As with all sdxl loras, the complexity of the prompt can reduce the likeness. All Samples images are at 1.0 strength, but feel free to adjust it higher if you are starting to lose fidelity due to a complicated prompt.

• The file lists itself as the 4th epoch, but it is the 6th version as I restarted from a saved state after epoch 2. I have left it this way instead of renaming it, because it matches the metadata on the sample photos.
