Delphi has an excellent relationship with her older sister, Nerine. She joined the Atlantic SeaArc thanks to her sister. The outgoing sister primarily handles field operations, while Delphi, who dislikes contact with people, stays in the office and became her sister's supervisor. She handles all the logistical and miscellaneous tasks for her sister, and any of her sister's mistakes are generally not pursued (because Delphi will perfectly compensate for them). She is a reliable and all-capable younger sister.
In private, Delphi always clings to her sister. Her favorite leisure activity is going with her sister to find delicious dessert shops on the surface. When her sister is busy, she trains her deduction skills and physical fitness through reading and swimming. She sometimes also uses the human internet, observing popular human memes, and silently chuckling in front of the computer.

To perpetuate civilization, humans, AI, and various deep-sea races signed the Atlantis Compact, prioritizing peaceful coexistence and commerce, and jointly promoting the SeaArc Project. The SeaArc Project aims to establish a new era of civilization in global waters. The old regional divisions based on continents were replaced by divisions based on oceans. Within each ocean, "SeaArcs" are established in cooperation with different deep-sea races, meaning even within the same ocean, vastly different city characteristics can emerge.
About the Delphina
The primary race of the deep-sea city-state "New Atlantis." They are the descendants of Atlanteans and ancient Delphina interbreeding. The iconic caudal fin and the protruding pectoral and dorsal fin shapes on their heads are classic symbols of the Delphina. They can communicate and locate companions using special-frequency ultrasound, meaning they will never get lost, and every single Delphina is, without exception, naturally gifted with a beautiful singing voice. Delphina are born with a regular dolphin appearance. As they grow and develop, human characteristics begin to appear around age 18 on average. By age 20, they become adult Delphina with both dolphin and human features.
Note: The older sister's profile is currently under development, but I already have a preliminary idea. I hope to be able to bring her to life...

德爾菲與姊姊涅莉妮（Nerine）關係非常好，因為姊姊的緣故才進入大西洋海洋方舟工作，外向的姐姐主要負責現場業務，而不愛與人接觸的德爾菲（Delphi）則待在辦公室裡成了姐姐的主管，替姐姐包辦了所有後勤雜務，對姊姊的失誤可以一概不追究（因為會由德爾菲完美補救），是個可靠的全能妹妹。
兩人私下相處時，德爾菲總是會膩著姊姊不放，最喜歡的休閒活動是跟姐姐一起到地表尋找美味的甜點店，姊姊忙的時候也透過會閱讀與游泳來鍛鍊自己的推理能力與體力，有時也會使用人類的網路，觀察人類流行的迷因是甚麼，在電腦前默默的發笑。

關於海洋方舟（SeaArc）
在全球海平面不可逆轉地上升之後，舊有的陸地國界與文明面臨嚴重挑戰，部份國界消失，人類也面臨生存危機，這時，來自深海、長久以來隱藏自身的海洋種族（德爾菲娜 (Delphina)）與其他海洋種族從深海中陸續出現，為了延續文明，人類、AI與各個深海種族簽訂《亞特蘭提斯協約》，以和平共存與商業為主，合作推動「海洋方舟」（SeaArc）計畫。
海洋方舟計畫旨在全球海域建立起新時代文明，將舊有的區域劃分從大陸劃分改以大洋劃分，每個大洋中又有與不同深海種族建立「海洋方舟」（SeaArc），即便是同一大洋也可能形成風格迴異的城市特色。
關於德爾菲娜（Delphina）
深海城邦「新亞特蘭提斯」的主要種族，是過去亞特蘭提人與古代德爾菲娜的混血，標誌性的尾鰭與頭部突出的胸鰭、背鰭造型是德爾菲娜（Delphina）的經典象徵，可以透過特殊頻率的超聲波與同伴溝通、定位，絕對不會迷路，而且無一例外的每個德爾菲娜族人都是天然美聲。
德爾菲娜出生時為一般海豚外觀，隨著成長與發育節奏的不同，平均18歲開始會出現人類特徵，20歲時則會成為同時具有海豚與人類特徵的成年德爾菲娜。

デルフィは姉のネリネ（Nerine）と非常に仲が良い。姉のおかげでアトランティック・シーアークで働くことになった。外交的な姉が主に現場業務を担当するのに対し、人との接触を好まないデルフィはオフィスに留まり、姉の上司となった。彼女は姉のためにすべての後方支援の雑務を引き受け、姉の失敗については一切追及しない（なぜならデルフィが完璧に補填するから）。彼女は信頼できる万能な妹である。
