Third Eye XL for PonyDiffusion

It does what it says on the tin. It sticks a Third Eye onto the forehead of characters. I will put together a version for normal SDXL shortly, but I need to rework the captions as unlike PonyDiffusion, base SDXL has some associations with the "third eye" keyword.

Instructions for use:

• Use the "third eye" keyword

• I found that it works best at 0.8 Strength, though anywhere from 0.7-1.0 has worked in my testing
