Aika Nakamura from the Persona 4 anime. She's mentioned a few times by name in the game but only makes an actual appearance in the anime.

Since she only appears in the anime it has a strong bias toward that style. The training data includes shots of her in a kimono & Yasogami High School track jacket, but there's not enough for them to really be considered proper "outfits".
