I made XL lora for this bounty, but then decided it will also look good in pony, so i present you 2 versions.

-For this version it helps to cranks the weight even up to 1.4, to get the best faces\
-Use the exact trigger phrases from the examples (for monodrone,dudrone and quadrone) to get the best results:
1.Monodrone: "modrone robot with whole body being a circular shape with a one eyed face with 2 legs,2 arms and 2 wings coming out of it. legs coming straight from the circular shape."
2.Duodrone: "modrone robot made of metal with whole body being a cube with a face with 2 legs,2 arms and 2 wings coming out of it. legs coming straight from the cube."
3.Quadrone:"modrone robot with whole body being 2 rectangle shapes. Upper rectangle with a face and 2 arms coming out of it. legs coming straight from the lower rectangle."
Modrons from D&D. The basic trigger phrase is "modrone robot". There are however different types of modrones:
-Monodrone
They have a spherical body, one eye, 2 arms and 2 legs and a set of rudimentary wings. To get them add "circular shape,one eyed,cyclops,wings".
-Doudrone
They have have a cube body, two eyes, made of two separate cuboids, 2 arms and 2 legs. For this sometimes and only for some models works "cubic shape, head cube, torso cube". I can probably fix this when i gather more images of duodrones.
-Tridrone
They have a 3 sided pyramid body with an eye on each side and have 3 arms and 6 legs. To get them add "pyramid shape,3 arms,6 legs". This does not seem to work for XL version, for pony sometimes it generates something usable.
-Quadrone
They have a cube shaped body with stubby rudimentary wings, 2 arms and 2 legs. To get them add "cubic shape, wings".
You can always prompt "2 arms,2 legs" and it should help. For versions without wings it is also good to put "wings" in the neg.
Best use at weight 1.
