Lynx

Lynx lynx, also known as the Eurasian lynx, is the largest species in the lynx genus. It is widely distributed across Europe, Russia, Siberia, Central Asia, and parts of . It has a robust body, a short tail, and distinctive black tufts on its ears. Its coat changes seasonally—thicker and grayish in winter, and shorter with a reddish-brown tone in summer. The Eurasian lynx is a solitary predator that mainly hunts hares, birds, and medium-sized ungulates.
