My first attempt at a LoRA. It's not very flexible yet, but maybe I just haven't figured out how to write good prompts for it yet.

There are definitely checkpoints with which the LoRA works better and worse.
There is no specific trigger word, but something along the lines of , ropes, tied up etc. is always helpful
This is a first proof of concept version for me, don't have too high expectations
Just try out the strength. 1 was always not bad but more or less good, can work much better depending on the prompt
