Information Technology was essential in supporting the FACIMPA Medicine Entrance Exam, overcoming challenges in supporting candidates. Remote access to candidates' machines was one of the main obstacles, but we were able to ensure installation, configuration and compatibility testing through a new access tool provided by Afya.
Careful planning was required to provide remote access to the candidates' computers, ensuring stability, security and a level playing field. The Selection Process was carried out in a virtualized environment, thus giving the opportunity to the candidate, even if in a distant geography he had the opportunity to take the test.
Another challenge was to troubleshoot the installation of the MSB program on different operating systems and configurations. Our technical support team has worked intensively to provide personalized support, step-by-step guidance, and remote assistance, allowing all candidates to fit into the exam environment.
In addition, we have the partnership of the Marketing Sector, we carry out an informative live broadcast to clarify doubts, guide on the evaluation criteria and explain the functioning of the system during the entrance exam. We work together with other professionals involved in the selection process to share the information in a clear and accessible way.
