5. *The Assembly of the Pieces (Translation and Anticodon Pairing)* This is where a group of small workers called transfer RNA comes in (ARNt). Each of these small workers carries a specific building block, an amino acid, that is the piece needed to build the protein. Transfer RNA has a special key (anticodon) that fits perfectly with a section of the instruction tape (codon). As ribosomes move the tape, transfer RNAs place their blocks in the correct order, following the instructions to the letter.
