Annabella Avery “Bella” Thorne, born October 8, 1997, in Pembroke Pines, FL, is an actress, recording artist, author, and director. Thorne's career in entertainment began at a young age, with her first uncredited appearance in the 2003 film "Stuck on You." She received recognition for her roles in the series “Dirty Money” (2007–2008) and “My Own Worst Enemy” (2009), the latter of which earned her a Young Artist Award.

Her breakthrough came in 2010 when she was cast as CeCe Jones in the Disney Channel series "Shake It Up," alongside Zendaya. The show, which ran for three seasons until 2013, catapulted Thorne into the spotlight and established her as a rising star in the teen entertainment world.
