Minerva McGonagall / Maggie Smith SDXL+PONY (10bit UHD screencap from Harry Potter)

Professor Minerva McGonagall (played by Dame Maggie Smith) is head of Gryffindor house and is the Transfiguration teacher at Hogwarts.

Dataset contained 10bit Ultra HD screencaps from Harry Potter movies (Ep. 1 Philosopher's stone and Chamber of Secrets). I used both LOG-like flat screencaps, and "LUT'ed" color-graded images, however some checkpoints prefer creating flat images, so you might need to use an offset-example or high-contrast style lora, or color correct yourself in photoshop.

You can check embedded info by using the pysssss LoraLoader (Custom Scripts), -> right click on the Lora -> View Lora Info

[This is mostly for SDXL models; either Pony is bad at replicating real people, or I am just using bad checkpoints, but I got way better result with SDXL models, e.g. epicultrahd4k8k. Nonetheless I made a Pony version too, feel free to experiment. You can use Pony model for SDXL checkpoints, and vice versa. You can even use these simultaneously.]

SDXL is epoch 25, steps were somewhere between 6000-7000. I'd say 0.8 strength is probably enough (along with a good prompt). But you can go higher, even 1.2 for img2img or Hires denoising. You can mix SDXL and Pony together, although I haven't tested it too much yet. PONY version is epoch 45, and 6570 steps.

HER CLOTHING AND EXPRESSIONS WERE ALSO TAGGED, so in theory you can change her clothes and facial expression easily. If you want her signature look, use these keyword: witch hat, dark green robes, or sleeping hat, green and brown plaid blazer, or hair bun, black knitted robes, holding a wand

For trigger, obviously you gonna need either Minerva McGonagall or Maggie Smith.
