Susanna Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American singer, guitarist, and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of The Bangles, one of the most successful all-female rock bands of the 1980s. She co-founded the band in 1981 along with Vicki and Debbi Peterson.
