He looked up at the smoke, gazing into the distance, his eyes weary but displaying a sense of invincibility, as if he had already gone through multiple battles and wasn't shaken when facing risks. The soldier turned his face to the side, leaning his body slightly, as if waiting for something. Behind him were collapsed buildings, burning vehicle wrecks, and glaring fire. He himself was like the only remaining light of justice, deliberately standing still. Despite the fact that such a scene had become all too familiar, it did not make him feel any easier when facing destruction and debris. He kept his guard up and remained prepared to face any sudden situations at any time.
