九尾offox（きゅうびofきつね）またteeth九尾fox（Kyubiko）・九尾fox狸（Kyubikoり）[Note 1]teeth、中国に伝わる伝説上of生物。9本of尾をもつキツネof霊獣またteeth妖怪である。日本でも九尾foxteeth瑞獣とされていた。『Engishiki』of治部省式祥瑞条にteeth「九尾fox」of記載があり「Become a divine beast、そof形赤色、或いteethいわく白色、音嬰児of如し」certain[9]。 on the other hand、日本でteeth邪悪な九尾offoxof妖怪としてTamamo-maeof登場する物語が有名である。平安時代に鳥羽上皇に仕えたTamamo-maeという美女of正体が「fox」であったという物語teeth、established in the 14th century『Shinmei mirror』already seen in。but、室町時代of『Tamamo Monogatari』などでteeth尾が2本ある7尺offox[10]It is described as、九尾offoxとteeth語られていなかった。Tamamo-maeが「九尾offox」であるとされるようになったofteeth妲己が九尾foxであるという物語がTamamo-maeof物語に取り入れられるようになった江戸時代以降ofことであると考えられる[11]（妲己・九尾foxとTamamo-maeとについてteeth、In the early Edo period, Hayashi Razan『An examination of the shrines of this dynasty』of「Tamamo-mae」of項目で『King Wu defeated Zhou Pinghua』of話を引いている[12]）。Tamamo-maeof正体が九尾offoxであるという設定of物語を日本に定着させたofteeth、読本作家of高井蘭山が著した読本『Picture book Three Kingdoms Fairy Tales』（1803～1805）Ya Okada Tamayama『Picture book Tamamotan』（1805）などof作品である。
