Makiko has a light purple body that is similar to Memetchi's, but she has different facial features, hair, and clothing. Makiko wears a purple ribbon with white spots, a frilly white skirt, and magenta stiletto boots. She has two long, curly strands of hair, one on each side of her head, both of which are bigger and longer than Memetchi's signature curl. Her eyes each have one curly eyelash on top, three straight eyelashes on the bottom, and one asterik-like reflection and one oval-shaped reflection.
