Mochiusatchi has white skin, light brown cheeks, and oval-shaped dark eyes with circular reflections and a single curly eyelash each. Her lower body is inside of a tan mortar, with a tan pestle behind her. The top of her head resembles long rabbit-like ears made out of sticky mochi paste, and her left ear puffs up like a heart when she's happy.
