6.	Fill the molds to the top. Bake for 5 minutes and then, keeping muffins in the oven, reduce the oven temperature to 180°C. 
7.	Bake for another 15 minutes, place a toothpick in the middle of the dough, if it comes out clean, ta pronto.
8.	The total time these muffins take in the oven is about 20-21 minutes, more or less.
