Instructions:

	1.	Prepare the Zoodles:
	•	Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles) from the zucchinis. Set aside.
	2.	Cook the Chicken:
	•	Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
	•	In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
	•	Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
	•	Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest. Once cooled, slice the chicken into thin strips.
	3.	Make the Alfredo Sauce:
	•	In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
	•	Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
	•	Add the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth and thickened.
	•	Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
	4.	Combine Everything:
	•	Add the sliced chicken back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce.
	•	Add the zoodles and toss everything together until the zoodles are coated in the sauce and warmed through. This should only take about 2-3 minutes to avoid overcooking the zoodles.
