I want to design a bulletin board for my university corridor where i will paste

I want to design a bulletin board for my university corridor where i will paste pictures of the chief guest and panelists and major highlights from the event. It should have text in language. I want the board to look interesting for the students with 3d objects. The event is a law symposium held at our university I will be using print outs so suggest accordingly. It will all be print outs on pages for the bulletin board.
