Miss Blomie is a paper teacher who has a blade instead of an arm and kills students who get low grades but DOES NOT kill those who get high grades, but for no reason at all. When she kills them, a day later they REVIVE a student who got a low grade. The school, the students and the teachers are also made of paper. She started running after the student who got a low grade. Another teacher, who is the math teacher, appears and shows the student that he got an F in math. The math teacher has a compass instead of an arm.
