I'm in need of a sleek and modern logo for my dog grooming business

I'm in need of a sleek and modern logo for my dog grooming business. I want a crest shape, with a crown on top, the letters HRH inserted into the crown, the scroll on the sides of the crest shape should contain some kind of shears (hair cutting scissors). A fine silhouette of a dog head inside the crest. I’m thinking classy, elegant, Not cartoon style. Beneath the logo design I want the business name Royal Palace Pet Grooming Colors- I’m not 100% sure, I do like the black /gold examples, royal blue/gold but my color scheme has always been red white blue, the British flag colors, so im thinking I’ll need to see the design in several colors. I have attached styles I like. Final files will need to be .ai vector. I will also need business card design with logo and facebook cover photo. Ideal skills for this project would include graphic design, logo design, and a good understanding of color combinations and design principles. Experience with designing pet-related logos would be a plus.
