FiBell

I think the previous BurosBell model wasn't good enough for making scenery, so I decided to make a new model which I think is good enough for making anime Scenery and Landscape, it's also good enough for making 2D anime characters.

Parameter recommendations

Recommended sampling method: Euler A, DPM++ 2M Karras

Recommended Upscaler: 4x Animesharp

VAE recommendation: Already Baked with ClearVae
