Cala, from the classic animated game from Sogna "Viper RSR". Probably the most popular elf in the anime world...at least among the monster population.
There was already a LORA available for her, but honestly I wasn't happy with the results especially when it comes to her outfit. So, time for an update that hopefully should improve that.
Trained on 132 images on NAI. Recommended weight of 0.8. (go down a bit for other outfits)

"1990s (style)" and "retro artstyle" will bring her looks closer to her looks in the original game
Haven't found a way to properly control that ribbon with long tails in her back. So, it'll show -or not- randomly
As with all asymmetric outfits, SD may confuse the location of her single armlet or duplicate it
Tagging should allow you to prompt only specific parts of her outfit. Try playing with it
Training data includes also quite a lot of ???? content, so should work fine on that front
