A sturdy, ancient Bronze Age ship designed for harsh North Atlantic conditions, approximately 20 meters long and 5 meters wide. The hull is long, narrow, with slightly curved, elevated prow and stern, resembling a serpent. The prow is carved with a stylized wolf head, mouth open, painted white and blue, while the stern features a detailed curved tail. The dark wood hull is reinforced with additional planks and treated with tar and animal fat, creating a menacing, waterproof finish with blue and white accents. A single square sail made from seal skins, painted with red and brown runic symbols, is mounted on a 10-meter tall central mast. The rigging, made of animal tendons and plant fibers, is thick and durable, allowing quick adjustments in harsh weather. The deck is simple, with benches for up to 20 rowers, and small covered compartments for storage and shelter, lined with treated skins. Weapons include spear and bow mounts along the sides, with large wooden shields painted in black and red geometric patterns. The stern has a simple wooden paddle rudder and a larger spear for breaking ice. The ship is adorned with engraved battle scenes and legends, painted in red, white, and blue, reflecting the resilient and warlike spirit of the Áshkāndiz people.
