Aiko Umesawa ( Danganronpa ) [Flux]

Aiko Umesawa from the Danganronpa 3 anime. AKA Pikachu girl, AKA the student council member from the Danganronpa 3 anime with the yellow hoodie and frying pan. This was an experiment to see how well I could do with a severely limited amount of training data. Just keep the experimental nature of this lora in mind when using it. The fact that it's usable in the first place is more surprising than it being so inconsistent. She was in one scene of one episode of the Danganronpa 3 anime - that's not a lot of high-quality training data! In short, don't expect too much from this. Every generation is a roll of the dice.

IMPORTANT: I haven't had the chance to play around with this too much yet. At the moment the ears of her hoodie seem to inconsisently appear on her head when her hood is down. I might need to retrain, but I felt it was worth uploading this lora anyway. The gallery should be filling up with examples at a steady pace.

I trained using natural language for the captions rather than tags so natural language. So natural language prompts will give you the best results.

I trained on a few specific image types which you can replicate, to varying levels of success. I tried to include a range of the prompt options in the images so you can easily compare and contrast. But these are the major options.

Danganronpa the Animation: Use 'This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa The Animation' in the prompt to emulate the art style from the anime series Danganronpa the animation.

Danganronpa 3 (anime): Use "This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 3."

Sprites from Danganronpa: Mention 'danganronpa sprite style' in the prompt to try emulating the art style of Danganronpa. For example, 'this image is in the danganronpa sprite style'. Despite the name, I trained on full screenshots, with and without the GUI, with this description along with character sprite rips. So in theory it should be able to 'danganronpafy' a full image.

Danganronpa S GUI: You can give it a try with this. "The image uses danganronpa S GUI style with the danganronpa sprite style. A speech bubble is in the bottom of the image and it says "This is test text!" The speech bubble is in front of Aiko Umesawa. There's a box with a blue background with white stars, and a grey arrow pointing right, beside the speech bubble. The text in the box says "Aiko Umesawa" and it is next to the speech bubble."

Clothing: You can try different clothing options with prompts like the following:

Standard outfit with hood up: "Aiko Umesawa wearing her uniform from Danganronpa 3. Locations: I didn't try to train on any specific locations, but some of them appeared enough in the training data that you might be able to improve your results by specifying areas from Hope's Peak or Jabberwock island. Even just mentioning them might be enough to help push things in the right direction.

Note on her hoodie and ????? ears: In both official and unofficial material she tends to have her hood up and thus has ????? ears. Annoyingly, this seems to have stuck a bit too much in the training. The end result is that even with her hood down she'll often have the ????? ears.

Training material: Saying that there's not a lot of official material on Aiko is an understatement. She's in one short scene of one episode of Danganronpa 3. And there's not a huge amount of fan material to fill in the gaps either. I took screencaps of every mostly-unique frame she was in. Then heavily supplemented that with sprites made by madara120. I topped all that off with selections of material from my other danganronpa loras to lend the styles and location information.
