[SDXL] Face light up / 前面ライトアップ

The popular "Hotaru's LoRA series" (for SD1) is now available for SDXL! More will be released gradually on CivitAI (already available on HuggingFace).

In AI-generated illustrations (especially with 2.5D models), shadows often appear on the face. By using this LoRA, you can remove shadows around the front of the shoulders and face, creating a result that looks as if the subject is illuminated by frontal lighting.

This LoRA may create an optically unnatural effect in some cases. This LoRA is intended as a tool for improving the appearance of the face in anime, comic or illustrative manner, rather than aiming for realistic lighting.

SD1 version is also available.

This LoRA is suitable for 2D-2.5D illustrations only and not suitable for photorealistic checkpoints. My "Breed" series checkpoints will make good outputs. Sample images are generated with "Breed" series listed on "Suggested Resources" section.

Usage

It works by simply enabling LoRA. No extra prompts are necessary.

Effect can be controlled by LoRA weight to some extent (approx. 1.0 - 2.0).

SD1でご好評いただいていた十条蛍のLoRAシリーズが、SDXL対応になって再登場します。HuggingFaceで先行公開中ですが、CivitAIにも順次掲載していきます。

AIイラスト（特に2.5Dモデル）では、顔に影がかかってしまう現象がよく発生しますが、このLoRAを使用すると、肩から前面あたりにかけての影を除去し、正面にライトが当たっているような仕上がりになります。

他の影と比較して光学的には不自然な状態になることもありますので、あくまで漫画・イラスト的な表現として顔をきれいに見せるためのものとなります。

SD1バージョンも公開しています。

2D・2.5Dイラスト系のデータモデル用で、実写系には不向きです。拙作データモデル「Breedシリーズ」と組み合わせると、高い効果を発揮します。サンプル画像もBreedシリーズ（"Suggested Resources"セクションに掲載）で生成されています。

使い方

LoRAを有効にするだけで発動します。プロンプトの指定は必要ありません。

効き具合はLoRA適用強度である程度調整（1.0～2.0程度）することができます。
