This is Aether Beauty ✨, made for perfect skin, eye and teeth detailing. Trigger the effect by putting emphasis on big eyes and teeth - the skin detailing will take care of itself.

For lightning⚡️turbo speeds: Have had great success running Aether Beauty with NightVision Lightning at 8 steps, cfg 1 with sampler DPM++ SDE Karras. Try it out!
