Patron

Patron the dog is a Jack Russell Terrier who became famous during the Russian-Ukrainian war. He serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and helps sappers to clear the territories liberated from Russian occupiers.

Thanks to his work, Patron has helped save many lives. He has become a symbol of the resilience of the Ukrainian people and their fight for freedom and independence. Patron the dog was awarded the medal "For Meritorious Service" and promoted to the rank of senior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Patron has become a true hero of Ukraine. He appears in TV programmes, gives interviews and has his own Instagram page. He has become a favourite of Ukrainians and a symbol of the fight for Ukraine's independence.
