If you don't want her bow to appear you either need good gacha with negative prompt or make her wear something else, otherwise the hair bow will almost always appear unprompted.
Use "number tattoo" for her arm tattoo. You have to get lucky to get a readable number from it though, as we are still talking about ai art. It's probably easier to just edit it in manually and img2img.
For her outfit you can try the following prompt:
"Kagamine Rin, short hair, number tattoo, bow, white shirt, detached sleeves, belt, sailor collar, headphones, shorts, leg warmers"
