• You can use twintails / short twintails or neither, see my tests below. On my samples short twintails seemed best, (see image below). (EDIT: low twintails seem an option as well, but haven't tested that enough)

• green_eyes to get her eyes right.

• black_hair is completely optional.

Caveats:

The training data largely consisted of official art with flat colors, therefore the Lora has a tendency to flatter colors/shading.
