This is the Imadake Tsukimi Tabemi LoRA, a character appearing in the promotion for McDonald's Japan's limited-time menu item, the Tsukimi Burger.
This LoRA was trained using Illustrious XL v0.1. I personally like a strength of 0.75, but please adjust it depending on your model.
