Design Philosophy	A girl who stands at the boundary of the "Present World" and the "Otherworld." She guides the Lost Children (迷い子) who have lost their sense of belonging. An existence that combines loneliness and tenderness.
Archive Summary	Iroha (彩葉) is the "Guide of Lost Children" who operates in an autumn park where the boundary between worlds is blurred. She works with her special partner, the White Bear plushie "Yuri," to return all lost souls to their rightful place.

Part I: Core Setting (Core Lore)

1. Basic Information & Role

Primary Name: Iroha (彩葉)
Age/Profession: 18 (High School Senior) / Antique Shop Sign Girl & "Lost Child" Guide.
Operating Location: Autumn Park (A place where the boundary between worlds is thin). Vivid autumn leaves signal the opening of the Otherworld's entrance.
Motivation (Dream): "To return all lost children across the world back to where they belong."

2. Yuri & Special Abilities

Companion: Yuri (A white teddy bear).

- Yuri's Origin: Found near the "Boundary Shrine" in the depths of the park during her childhood.
- Yuri's Function: Acts as the "key" and "signpost" for Iroha’s guiding activities. Whispers the direction of non-human "Lost Children."

Special Abilities (Minor):
- While Yuri is present, Iroha can sense the presence of the Otherworld.
- Possesses a slight time reversal ability (limited to returning objects to their original location).

3. Personality & Hidden Emotion

Outward: Cheerful, friendly, finds meaning in helping others.
Inner Self: Actually a bit lonely. Having lost her parents early, she understands the feeling of losing one's inner "home," hence her deep empathy for lost children.

Toshi-sky’s Exclusive Commentary:I felt this video had the highest artistry among all submissions on the Iroha and Yuri's Great Adventure theme. It expressed the alternate world adventure beautifully, leaving great inspiration for Iroha's future connections with other OCs.

Toshi-sky’s Exclusive Commentary: I chose this work for the archive because of its high degree of story completion, which strongly reflected how Iroha's personality is perceived by everyone. I hope many people view it as a representative work of Iroha's inner image.

Toshi-sky’s Exclusive Commentary: Kei submitted many works using video and song, successfully expressing Iroha's traits using the official model. I found the method of integrating other OCs into one's own worldview, as Kei did, to be extremely interesting for future collaborative projects.

Toshi-sky’s Exclusive Commentary: This work is brilliantly fused with TARARKU's expertise in realistic rendering. I absolutely love this video because it took Iroha and Yuri into another genre I personally enjoy. I felt that seeing these different facets is the true pleasure of the project.

Toshi-sky’s Exclusive Commentary: This is a beautiful video focused on the feeling of the alternate world. I hesitated to select it because Yuri was absent. However, I ultimately chose it because the work strongly displayed the "visual impact, sensibility, and artistry" that I always emphasize in my own creations.

Part III: Conclusion & Outlook

Worldview Supplementation & Outlook

In the submissions for the "Alternate World" theme, I expected many scenes where Iroha would be in danger. However, I noticed that the image of Iroha portrayed by everyone emphasized cuteness and gentleness. Perhaps adding emotionally driven, dramatic elements might better express Iroha's strengths. While this is not my strong suit, I feel inspired to clarify Iroha’s image further by utilizing everyone's creative power.

Toshi-sky's Summary Reflection

Thank you for selecting my OC Iroha as the protagonist for the OC Creator Project No. 003. All the works submitted by participants have truly become my treasure. When I first started creating Iroha, I simply recalled the manga and anime I watched in my youth, thinking about what my personal heroine would look like. I am good at visualizing appearance but struggle with plotting stories, so I largely left Iroha's initial settings to AI. However, through this event, seeing so many people depict the world of Iroha and Yuri has given me a strong premonition that new inspiration is being born within me. Furthermore, this was my first time having a third party engage with my work, and I learned for the first time how much gratitude and emotion it brings when others think about and create based on your work. Secondary creation is the greatest expression of love in the OC community. Thank you so much. I sincerely hope for the continued development of SeaArt and the OC world.

Keiさんには多くの動画や歌を用いた作品を投稿していただきました。公式モデルで彩葉らしさを上手に表現しています。OC Creator Projectは、この先数多くのOCの共演が想像される中で、Keiさんのように自分の世界観に他のOCを落とし込むという表現方法も非常に面白いと思いました。

4．TARARKU いつもとは違う夜空

この作品はTARARKU様の得意なリアル化が見事に融合しており、完全に私のもう一つの好きなジャンルに彩葉とユーリを連れ込んでもらった感じで大好きな動画です。このような違う一面が見れることが企画の醍醐味であると思いました。

異世界感を中心に描いた美しい動画ですね。私はこの作品にユーリが存在しない事でアーカイブに選ぶかどうか非常に悩みました。しかし動画には私がいつも作品作りの中で重視している「視覚性・感性・芸術性」が強く感じられた為、選択しました。

世界観補完と見解

投稿作品から、皆さんが描く彩葉のイメージが「可愛らしさや優しさ」に重点を置かれていることに気づきました。感情が絡むドラマのような部分があれば、彩葉の良さがより表現できるかもしれません。皆さんの力を借りて彩葉のイメージをより明確にしていきたいです。
