Kyurem has a unique blue head and snout and has yellow eyes with no pupils., has a pair of pointed blueish light horns on its head and yellow crest on its skull. His jaws are frozen shut by the ice covering his head. Kyurem's neck is long and gray in color with running lines around its entire body., flegs, arms and tail. Kyurem has two arms, each with its own claw and each arm is articulated together with its strangely shaped blue wings. The wings are believed to be used for flying, as well as cold air storage and has two ice spikes each. The ice covering the wings is fragile, revealing gray mecha-like appendages on Kyurem's back. The right side of his body appears to be damaged in some way., as the wing and horn on the head on that side are shorter, the right side of his head also has a spiked edge near his jaw joint that is absent from his left.
