I had set out on a long journey by car to visit the historical and partially ruined temple of Apollon Smintheus, located in the ancient city. My journey was about a short distance away and it was evening. There was no one around. As I approached the temple with my car, I entered a beam of light illuminating the night. I could not see anything because of the intensity of the light. When I opened my eyes about a minute later, I saw a crowd of people in ancient Greek costumes around me. Two soldiers had captured me with swords in their hands.
