Xun revealed his shadow form and flew high into the air, channeled shadow-fire into Soul Reaper, and began to turn in a vertical arc, flipping with increasing speed. The legions were paralyzed with fear as the shadow-flame arc began to become a circle that seemed to grow in size. The wheel of fire entranced them all with fear as it lit the dark, night sky violet over the ruins of the fortress. Then as the arc hit critical size and speed, Xun stopped spinning abruptly, and the wheel of shadow-fire became a cyclone that poured down in a column into the center of the hunter and neo-Golden Sun forces and began radiating outward. Waves of shadow-fire spread throughout the fortress crystallizing the legions vast of hunters and neo-Golden Sun where they stood. The waves began pulsing and climbing through every hall, chamber, and tower as the enemy forces attempted, in vain, to flee. Wave after wave crawled across the valley and as it reached the ruined towers’ tops, it exploded out like volcanic fire and after a moment dissipated leaving only crystalized skeletons in its wake.
