This is primarily a sanity update... the original release was really cool because it did a lot of things that most other models don't do at all, but it also ended up breaking/distoriting a lot of the cool things it was trying to do.
With this version, we've backed of some of the training items in favor of locking in on one good set, and then moving on to the next.
As such - some of the triggers mentioned in the main notes may not work as well anymore - while others will maybe work a bit better - at least the ones that worked fairly well from the start.
