I also plan to redo my Pony version of Nana Osaki sometime soon. Note: (2-5-25): I went back and retrained the model with double the steps/epochs to make it more fit; as a result, The 100-epoch LoRA will tend to be a bit more consistent and closer to the source material than the 50-epoch version.

Note 2: (2-7-25): Eh, why not? I made further tweaks and uploaded a 3rd version with 15 epochs but tweaked (improved) training settings. Your best bet is the 15- or 100-epoch version, depending on your goal. I've also uploaded the commissioned Pony version to this post.
