Alicia Silverstone is an American actress, born on October 4, 1976, in San Francisco, California. She gained fame in the 1990s for her role as Cher Horowitz in the iconic teen comedy film "Clueless" (1995). Silverstone's career began with her debut in the thriller "The Crush" (1993), which earned her the MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance. She also became well-known for her appearances in Aerosmith's music videos, including "Cryin'," "Amazing," and "Crazy." Beyond acting, Silverstone is a dedicated vegan and animal rights activist, having published two cookbooks: "The Kind Diet" (2009) and "The Kind Mama" (2014).
