Honestly.. Pony is kinda wild, so use whatever you want.. the only real thing I want to point at is that if your characters look to "muscular", do use "abs, muscular, ribs" as negativ and you should be fine. Also keep in mind, (anime:1.x), (realistic:1.x) and so on is always a option to try.

Baseline for flat anime pictures is kinda smth like this:
