Claw Slash

Adds a slashing effect that has an appearance of a claw. It's already possible in Illustrious using img2img techniques but I felt somewhat lazy with editing and wanted something I could easily brainstorm with. The dataset is limited so rotatability will be difficult combined with some style bleeding. I recommend using disabling the lora during the hi-res pass.
