For her outfit you can try the following prompt:
"Rinwell, short hair, hair ornament, skirt, thighhighs, fingerless gloves, detached sleeves, hood down, sleeveless coat"
For Hootle just use the prompt: "owl". You can specify the location with "bird on shoulder, head, arm, ..." Don't know how well this will work with some of them though.
