  必须用 adetailer 来改善脸部

• 肢体 limbs
  没有很好的办法，只能多生成，挑选出四肢没问题的再进行改进
  There is no good way to resolve it, you can only generate a lot and pick out the ones with no problems and then improve them

和 chilloutmix-ni 配合效果最好（也没好到那里去），其他底模都不太行，我不知道为啥

Works best with chilloutmix-ni （not that good though），can't work with other checkpoint, I don't know why.
