山背武志 （オリキャラ）/ Takeshi Yamase (original character)

"Why me?"

This is a LoRA to replicate the features of Takeshi Yamase (description in Japanese), the main character of the story I created, 星光の英雄たち(Heroes of Starlight). A young Ph.D. student in material physics, Takeshi accidentally awakens a strange artifiact from the Sengoku Jidai, and is quickly involved in a battle for survival against the evil Tozulon Empire, using the powers the artifact (nicknamed by him "Partner") to turn into a powerful warrior called 背教者 ("apostate") .

Compared to the model of Maya Hirukawa, this was done as actually reproducing the features of Takeshi was very problematic (he would often end up too young, or too old), so this is a first attempt to provide stable generations.

This model is based on Illustrious XL. It works reasonably well with NoobAI-XL and derivatives (the sample images are made with Copycat-RouWei 0.3), but I can't guarantee it will work correctly with other models.

Trigger words

Use yamasetakeshi as a word trigger (don't forget 1boy in your prompt!). To get better generations, you may want to add

mature male, male focus, brown eyes, brown hair, hair between eyes

to your prompt. Takeshi's default look can be reproduced with this additional prompt:

brown pants, black belt, polo shirt, white shirt, ?????? pocket, glasses, shirt tucked in

From the images you may notice also Takeshi looking a little different (as 背教者, or "apostate", as described in his profile page). To get this look, use:

armor, blue armor, black undersuit

However the number of images in the initial data set is not much (I had to discard a lot of them) so you may get pants instead of leg armor. Add pants to your negative prompt if that is the case. You can also add his weapon (a long sword) with holding sword, holding weapon, long sword, but the generation is still a bit unstable. Takeshi may look a little younger when generated with the armor: depending on the model, raise the weight of mature male up to 1.2.

LoRA weights and caveats

You can go from 0.8 to 1.0 weight without much issues. Detail enhancement LoRA and ADetailer are very useful to increase the amount of detail. I personally recommend from 0.8 upwards. For better generations, be ????????, i.e. add looking at viewer to make sure the character looks at viewer.

Dataset details

The data set contained 65 hand-curated images generated with copycat-RouWei with various poses and angles, then manually adjusted with Krita. All images were put under a white background. Training was done with Civitai's internal trainer (there are no reliable guides on how to train with NoobAI using kohya-ss, or presets).

こちらは、私が作成した物語「星光の英雄たち」の主人公である山背武志（やませたけし）の特徴を再現するためのLoRAです。物性物理学の若き博士課程の学生である武志は、偶然にも戦国時代の奇妙な遺物を目覚めさせてしまいました。「相棒」と名付けたその遺物の力を使い、背教者という強力な戦士に変身して、悪のトズロン帝国との生存をかけた戦いに巻き込まれていきます。

蛭川まやのモデルと比べると、武志の特徴を正確に再現するのは非常に難しく（若すぎたり、年を取りすぎたりすることが多い）、??した生成を目指した初めての試みとなります。

このモデルは Illustrious XLをベースにしています。NoobAI-XLやその派生モデル（サンプル画像はcopycat-RouWei ）では比較的うまく動作しますが、他のモデルでの動作は保証できません。

トリガーワード

yamasetakeshiをトリガーワードとして使用してください（プロンプトに1boyを忘れずに）。より良い生成結果を得るために、以下のプロンプトを追加することをお勧めします。

武志の普通の外見は、以下の追加プロンプトで再現できます：

また、彼の武器（長剣）を持たせる場合は、holding sword, holding weapon, long swordを追加してください。ただし、まだ生成は少し不安定です。背教者の姿で武志を生成すると、やや若く見えることがあります。モデルによっては、mature maleの重みを1.2まで上げると改善されます。

学習データの詳細

学習データには、copycat-RouWeiで生成された65枚の厳選された画像が含まれており、さまざまなポーズとアングルが使用されています。その後、Kritaで手動調整を行いました。すべての画像は白い背景に配置されています。

トレーニングはCivitaiの内部トレーナーを使用して行いました。NoobAIでkohya-ssやプリセットを使った学習方法については、まだ十分に整理されたガイドが少ないためです。

LoRAの重みと注意点

0.8から1.0の重みで使用しても問題ありません。詳細を強化するためのLoRAやADetailerは非常に有用です。より良い生成のためには、具体的にプロンプトを指示することが重要です。例えば、キャラクターが視聴者を見るようにするには、looking at viewerを追加してください。
