Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly,

Nor was he on the path of sinners,

He has not even sat in the seat of scoffers;

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord.,

And in his law he meditates day and night.

3 He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water,

That bears its fruit in its time,

And its leaf does not fall;

And everything he does, will prosper.

4 Not so the wicked,

They are like the chaff that the wind blows away.

5 Therefore, The wicked will not stand in judgment,

Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous;

But the path of the wicked will perish.
