I created a Lora that puts a favorite character into a lava bath. Upon testing, I noticed that using a different character's Lora and including prompts for clothing tends to generate images where the character is emerging from the lava. If you want the character to be submerged up to the shoulders in lava, you should remove any prompts for decorations below the neck. Additionally, while I have tried using the prompt 'molten rock', it often results in images of blackened rocks rather than the desired red lava. Despite using images that are predominantly red lava, it doesn't seem to function well. Therefore, it seems necessary to adjust the prompts accordingly. If anyone has a better method, please let me know.
