Lora for the regular Chao (and I used a few Cheese The Chao images for training). I also may have used some... ???????? images so you might see the Chao become thicc sometimes. The prompt is "Chao, cute, round waterdrop-like heads, large eyes, no nose, short tail, small wings, floating dot above it's head, round torso, smooth feet" and if you want to generate Cheese, then add red bowtie to the tags.
